"One mans depression is another mans happiness"
When Andy Fenetelli learns that his friend may be suicidal, he can only see dollar signs. Using depression as his leverage, he convinces his friend to become a poor mans vigilante. However, things rapidly spin out of control when organized crime becomes tangled up in their dim-bulb scheme. Two briefcases full of drugs and money, a female exhibitionist who can't contain her assets, a power hungry arms dealer and a chance meeting with the President are all part of the mad-cap chase that engulfs their attempt to survive the day. Add all of this to a man already overwhelmed with depression and you have the recipe for comedy.

As she digs deeper into their past, Janice discovers that there is much more to these seniors than anyone could ever imagine. Her quest for answers soon involves a turn-of-the-century carnival, a greedy Hollywood manager, the FBI, and an evil scientist who will stop at nothing to get what the old men possess… Their powers.
